FDL Consult Inc. is an engineering, architectural and business consultancy firm. We became incorporated in June 2004, prior to which we traded under the same business name. Our founder, Gilbert Fontenard, is a highly trained and experienced civil engineer and business executive, with both public and private sector experience. He works with a team of trained and experienced personnel. We provide an array of services, including engineering and architectural consultancy and design, construction management and business development.
