FDP Wealth Management

FDP Wealth Management, LLC ("FDP"), founded in 2011, is a registered investment advisory firm licensed with and regulated by the state of California. The firm's principal owners are: Mark Chandik and Bryan Ugalde. FDP offers its services primarily through individual investment advisory representatives ("IAR"). IARs are independent financial consultants who often operate their own financial services organizations, who have clients that need access to certain advisory services available through FDP. FDP provides back-office support to these IARs and their clients who also become FDP's clients. FDP offers to its clients a full menu of advisory options and the opportunity to invest in many types of investments including equity securities, corporate debt securities, certificates of deposit, municipal securities, investment company securities and United States government securities. Clients may opt to retain FDP's investment consulting services seeking professional advice related to the client's financial position. When suitable, FDP may also recommend clients consider either a goal-based asset allocation program or managed account program wherein client's assets are allocated to several asset classes. Clients may also select a managed account program wherein assets are allocated to different fund choices or; assets may be invested with different portfolio managers for separate account investment management. FDP also provides retirement plan advisory services to sponsors of participant account directed plans covered by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, as amended ("ERISA"). Finally, FDP offers clients fee based planning services.
