Ferney Spinning Mills Ltd is a subsidiary company of CIEL Textile, a world-class carded spinning mills, with over 600 tons of yarn exported towards Europe and 1000 tons supplied to its sister company, Floreal Knitwear Ltd locally, over the year. Furthermore, CIEL Textile is one of the clusters around which the CIEL Group is structured; With a EUR 292 million turnover as at 30th June 2011, a EUR 37.5 million profit before tax deduction and a workforce of 22,000 employees, the CIEL Group is one of the leading industrial and investment groups, based in Mauritius,with operations in a number of African and Asian countries.
