Kleen Air Research Inc was founded in 1981 by Marvin and Jean Holley and son, Dwight. A covered bumper pool table in Dwight’s bedroom at home was the first corporate office desk. The home’s garage served as the center of operations. The company has since outgrown its facilities 7 times. Presently, the Kleen Air Research corporate office and manufacturing facility is located in a 56,500 square foot complex. Kleen Air also occupies more than 25 service and distribution centers located throughout the United States. Kleen Air Research currently employs more than 100 service technicians, filter manufacturers, managers, and administrative team members. The company employed technicians provide regular service to thousands of commercial, industrial, and institutional customers. The business service model is both unique and innovative. Kleen Air Research provides both sales and service of air filters as well as other items and services to customers. The sales, service and managerial personnel most often live and work in their home region. This enables them to provide local and emergency attention to the customer. Careful planning, extensive training and fully automated administrative and routing systems help to insure efficient, consistent, and timely service throughout the year. Flexible service frequencies and time of day requirements are determined by the customer. The work schedules most often range from 4 to 12 times per year.
