Whether you need simple, routine maintenance and lubrication, installation of major attachments like magnets and scrap-processing attachments, replacement of large components like turntable bearings, or a complete machine overhaul, Finkbiner Equipment's Service Department has the training, and know-how to complete the work quickly and accurately to OEM standards. Each field technician travels in a fully-equipped service truck, complete with heavy duty jib crane, welding equipment, air compressor, and all the tools to work on any type of heavy equipment. Our Service Department is on call 24 hours a day, ready to serve customers whenever there is a need. The field-service capability even includes line-boring holes from 1-1/2 inches to 20 inches in diameter. The in-shop and field-service technicians have computerized diagnostic equipment that makes quick work of troubleshooting today's sophisticated electronic and can-bus control and operating systems. Continuing technician education is a cornerstone of Finkbiner Equipment's commitment to excellence in customer support. All of the service technicians regularly undergo training from OEM experts, knowledgeable suppliers, and each other. In addition to working on the full range of products currently offered by Finkbiner Equipment, the Company's service technicians have the skill and resources to work on any make or model of equipment, new or old, regardless of where it was purchased.
