Remote technical support supplied a convenience and cost effectiveness of the customer not having to transport their computers to a store for repair. As we grew, Firmament Solutions LLC extended its services to include commercial accounts and contractual agreements with international vendors that include On Force, Support Space, Field Solutions, Service Live, and Barrister. The future of Firmament Solutions LLC has expanded to become a global innovative pioneer providing complete services worldwide. We now employs more than 50 employees located nationwide currently and expanding to comply with newly established contracts globaly. ur employees retain a number of academic and science degrees with elite technical certifications including CCNA, CCIP, CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, etc., providing a knowledgeable, skilled staff to resolve any technical issues that arise.
