First 4 Health Group - Church Road (formerly known as E12 Health) is part of an innovative group of medical practices currently providing excellent healthcare in the London Borough of Newham. E12 Health, one of the group's founding practices, is a Healthcare 100 employer.   In 2010 E12 Health was nationally recognised by MORI, the Health Service Journal (HSJ) and the Nursing Times to be the 24th best Healthcare provider to work for in the UK. E12 Health has been a medical training practice for the last 12 years.  As part of our commitment to excellence in everything we do, our intention is to make Stratford Village Surgery a teaching practice within the next 2 years. Just as we are passionate about supporting our staff by recognising and supporting the hard work they do, we are just as passionate about creating a culture of "shared health care" with our patients.  Our ultimate aim is to support you to be the healthiest you can possibly be. The First 4 Health Group has a team of highly trained professionals and truly motivated support staff who are committed to being role models, and working as a team in order to provide an excellent standard of health care in all of our practices. We always strive to be friendly and welcoming and consistently work to support our patients, colleagues and communities to create "peace" in the area of their health. Exciting changes are taking place! E12 Health, Stratford Village Surgery and Leytonstone Medical Centre have joined the First 4 Health Group of GP practices.  This exciting development will provide the foundation for a new model of General Practice which we believe will provide a valuable contribution to the NHS as a whole which will ultimately result in a better service for all of our patients. We will still continue to provide you with an excellent service, however we are currently changing the way we work by reviewing the way in which we deliver our services and the organisation of our practice so that we can better serve our patients needs.
