First Abacus Financial Holdings

The Abacus Group undertook a corporate restructuring that involved changing the former company's corporate name and primary purpose from oil exploration into financial services holding and as an investment company. The corporate structuring was completed with the folding in of the various companies of the Abacus Group into what is now known as First Abacus Financial Holdings Corporation.
