First Option Engineering Company (FOEC) is one of the leading Companies in the field of engineering Services in Afghanistan. FOEC has developed its expertise in Telecommunication as a professional firm by conducting challenging projects in Afghanistan. Beside hands on training during implementation of different projects, FOEC personnel has attended different trainings provided by international telecom equipment suppliers prior to start of the critical projects. Beside our projects and services for telecommunication, FOEC has been working in construction projects which also included implementation of power distribution systems, wiring and lighting of the street and parking lighting, HVAC systems, Fire Alarms and detection systems, data and communication distribution systems, power plants, automation and control system and etc. FOEC started Construction projects as a construction contractor for GSM Networks by construction of Telecom sites and construction of access road of the mentioned sites and later on expanded its construction services to other customers. Providing transportation and logistics services to deliver telecom equipment to different sites in all provinces of Afghanistan as well as providing transportation and security for the personnel in different districts of Afghanistan was a great experience of logistics and transportation for FOEC.
