FITOFARM is privately owned pharmaceutical company founded by Lence Adziska, MSc in Pharmaceutical Technology. It was founded in 1989 as the first private galenical laboratory in Macedonia. Since then, FITOFARM has been continuously growing and developing, becoming a modern company that steadily positions itself in the domestic market and gradually conquers foreign markets by placing its competitive products primarily in the countries around Macedonia. FITOFARM has been on the market in Kosovo for 18 years, while in Albania and Bulgaria for almost 10 years, then in Montenegro - 6 years, as well as in Turkey, Armenia and Azerbaijan - for 3 years. FITOFARM also has offices in the region - in Bulgaria, based in Sofia, as well as in Italy. After 30 years of intense development, FITOFARM is beginning an investment cycle to enter a new, strategically important area - the production of pharmaceutical dosage forms in the context of non-sterile drug production, in response to current market needs and a prospective focus on export-oriented production.
