Functional Life Achievement

Functional Life Achievement, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to helping children and families of all cultures. Our services include multidisciplinary evaluation, service coordination and therapeutic services provided by Speech and Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, New York State Certified Special Educators, Nutritionists, Social Workers, Vision Therapists and Psychologists.
