Flash Staffing

Flash Staffing opened in May of 2007 and is a local privately owned company. The company was founded and is managed by Jim Fleming. Jim's 23 years in the staffing and day labor management encompasses projects such as providing wait staff for large corporate functions, shutdown and disaster recovery services, including assistance with the clean up after the 2008 tornado in the Memphis area. Under his leadership and dedication, the company has continued to flourish and prosper. Devoted to one concept, we provide temporary help to customers based on their needs by taking the time and effort to pinpoint the specific qualities and skills they are looking for. We develop a plan with each customer for safety and promptness and the ability to get the job done.
