From real estate and farmland to business liquidations and family estates - we have conducted all types and do so in a professional manner while showing dignity to all involved. While we have conducted many types of sales we would never proclaim to have expert knowledge in all fields and quiet frankly would be quiet leery of anyone or company that does. For this reason (and others) Fred A. Fleeman is a member of the National Auctioneers Association (N.A.A.), The Certified Appraisers Guild of America (C.A.G.A.) and has recently completed the first year of a three year course held at the University of Indiana in Bloomington, Indiana, known Certified Auctioneers Institute (C.A.I.). By being a member of these organizations and institutes Fleeman Auction and Realty is well equipped to conduct most any type sale and smart enough to know when we are not the right auction maketing team you need. When we are not the right team, we are well connected through these organizations and can either recommend another company or Co op our efforts with another company to insure you, the client, have the best available sales team for your special sales event.
