They brought their love of freediving and spearfishing and access to great gear with them and opened Florida Freedivers in 2004. In 2012 Jonathan and Kelsey Dickinson purchased Florida Freedivers from Mike and Cherryl. Their passion, background, and skills together helped grow Florida Freedivers into the amazing shop and training facility it is today! In 2015 Florida Freedivers moved to the location it is at now. Duncan Scarry and Jarrad Thomason, who both grew up on the water, purchased the shop in 2020. With their passion for the ocean and experience in the industry, they will continue to grow the brand and stand behind the values Florida Freedivers was built on.
