Focalpoint Optics is a family run business dedicated to its customers. We pride ourselves on our friendly, unbiased advice and on our wide range of specialist equipment - telescopes, binoculars, tripods, outdoor clothing, and accessories. We are situated in fantastic open Cheshire countryside and callers to our showroom will be impressed with the excellent viewing facilities available, However if you are unable to call in, look out for news of our Optic Roadshows where we have most items available for demonstration and sale on the day. It is important that you choose the correct equipment to suit your personal requirements and this is the key philosophy behind the Focalpoint way of selling optics and associated products. If you call in, we will allow you to compare as many different model options as you like in peace and quiet. We have no pushy commission-led sales people. All Focalpoint employees are birdwatchers of varying abilities. Jill and Paul are excellent birdwatchers and are well known locally for their Bird Watching abilities in the field, Tony & Enid are Bird Tour leaders and are known the world over, and are famous (infamous!) for their knowledge of birds, Paul & Yvonne are enthusiastic birdwatchers when work & family allow. We do not sell own branded or grey products because of the problems that can arise should anything go wrong. We do not grey import products directly for the same reason. Our online store offers next day delivery in the UK, and we operate a FREE callback service should you need it. We will also price-match - see our online store for details. Our showrooms are open from 9.30am-5.00pm Monday to Saturday. We also open on some Sundays 10.00am-3.30pm, see the Optics Roadshow page for dates. We welcome part exchange and also purchase quality used equipment, and can undertake repairs of optical products.
