From the beginning the factory has been located in the Czech Republic, Central Europe. Initially FOMA started with production of photographic plates and processing chemicals. Ten years after that black and white papers were introduced followed by rolls of black and white photographic film. Subsequently, diversity of production has been continuously increasing by other photo sensitive products. At present, FOMA manufacturing programme consists of three main branches: B/W photo, industrial X-ray films (NDT) and dental X-ray films. FOMA is a medium-sized company providing wide range of quality products supplied in different types, speeds, sizes and other attributes. Keeping its own know-how (formulas, R&D) and production facilities (coating and finishing machines) FOMA remains one of the last original manufacturers not only in Europe but all around the world. Nowadays, FOMA products are exported to more than 90 countries all around the world (e.g. USA, Germany, Great Britain, Denmark, Russia, China, South Korea, Japan, Brazil, Mexico, Australia, Algeria, Egypt, Nigeria, etc.)
