Established in 1990, Food Trends is managed by a dedicated father-and-daughter team who share a passion for great food and big dreams for the world of event and corporate catering. Alison Moskowicz came from corporate America where she continually lamented the lack of variety, originality and flavor presented by caterer after caterer. Thanks to the support of her father, along with her large and closely-knit Russian family (many of whom have been in the food business for years), her desire to improve the quality of corporate events has now become a reality. With almost two decades of experience, Food Trends Catering & Events brings unique European flair and beautifully presented cuisine to many of the New York area's major corporations and organizations. Our mission is to create food that is sophisticated yet approachable, infusing flavors from around the world. Food Trends' chefs use only the finest seasonal ingredients from local markets and the city's best purveyors; and our experienced event planners help organize and oversee every aspect including menus, location, rentals, wait staff and decorations. Food Trends has catered meetings, seminars, market weeks, company picnics, cocktail receptions, holiday galas, weddings and more. Small breakfasts and large-scale events receive the same amount of personal touch and attention to detail. Former President Clinton attended one of our catered events, and former Vice President Gore "loved the cookies."
