CVAS provides forage sample bags and shipping materials at no charge which can be order using the "Order Supplies" menu item to the right. The forage sample bags that we provide have a form affixed that provides the user the opportunity to identify the sample and request services without additional paperwork. For those that wish to submit multiple samples or have need for more room for descriptions, a traditional "Sample Submittal Form" can be used (click here to view/download). Local customers are welcome to drop off samples at any of our lab facilities where drop boxes are available for samples delivered after normal business hours. For the benefit of our customers, we offer a number of shipping options which are detailed below. Note that UPS is our preferred shipper. We are able to provide you with excellent shipping rates that allow customers to ship any weight of samples to us, overnight from anywhere in the U.S. for $25.00 (price subject to change based).
