Forefront Math was founded in 2009 to support efforts to help schools and districts achieve their visions for student success. We develop tools to inform improved data-based instructional decision making, and to monitor and inform student growth. We seek to: Make assessment always meaningful, practical, and manageable. Enable districts to access data from disparate systems via a single reporting system. Empower educators and educational systems to control assessment practices rather to be controlled by them. Help schools and districts to maintain ownership of assessment content. Facilitate collaborative efforts among teachers, schools, and districts. Provide very low cost solutions to legal compliance issues. Support the design and implementation of effective professional development.
