The company was founded in 2013 by two developers, Duane Arnett and Logan Buchanan, who saw a need in the Nashville market for a bridge between lean development and face-to-face communication between developers and clients. With this in mind, they grew their company and culture by partnering closely with clients and by giving developers an opportunity to exercise diverse tech skills while empathizing with client needs.
