The Halo Foundation

The Halo Foundation, Inc. was founded by Their Excellencies Sir Rodney Williams and Lady Williams in December, 2014 and is managed by an Executive Board. This non-profit organization serves as an umbrella charity, supporting 25 local charitable organizations that are committed to addressing the social and financial challenges of the less fortunate in Antigua and Barbuda.
