This could be either an FPS administered umbrella or they could start their own limited company via our affiliates Method Accounting. Importantly all agencies and end clients engaging with FPS Group are guaranteed that their workers will only be working via UK limited companies in full accordance with HMRC requirements. Therefore they are entirely free from the substantial financial liabilities that can arise by engaging via offshore intermediaries or paying self-employed individuals. Contractors referred to FPS Group are also guided through their own decision making process as to the payment solution most appropriate to them. This mitigates the risk from 'herding' contractors into one solution or involvement in the supply of a non-compliant structure under Managed Service Company Legislation.
