FreedomPark is the original valet service provider of DFW Airport and was the first parking service of its kind in the United States. FreedomPark has been locally owned and operated since 2001. There are 2 competing valet service operators at DFW Airport. The Airport Valet was started in 2005 in part by a former FreedomPark employee. In 2008 DFW Airport hired in the California based company PCI to implement their own drive up valet operation. FreedomPark is first and foremost a customer service company.
