Fresca Mexican Foods
Fresca was initially established in 1977 in a 3,000-square foot building. Over the course of three decades and six expansions, Fresca grew into our current facility. The last expansion, completed in 2006, provides adequate capacity to meet the needs of the industry's largest customers and provides complete redundancy of all critical functions. In addition to Fresca's production operations, our facility contains ample frozen, refrigerated and dry warehouse space, two wheat flour silos, a maintenance repair shop, seven loading docks and offices for sales and marketing, production, quality, safety and administrative personnel. The Fresca team is adept at achieving unprecedented levels of quality from our production lines, to the point where equipment manufacturers frequently request customer plant tours to showcase their equipment in a first-rate production facility.
