We take the lead in managing the complex design, planning, and construction every owner faces during the preconstruction, planning phase, and/or the construction process itself. We assemble a dedicated team for each project, comprised of on-site superintendent and administrative support, and Michigan-based accounting and research personnel that is overseen by Managing Partner, Nicholas Freund. The activities and objectives of our project team are designed to create value for the client while achieving the maximum scheduling and budgetary outcomes. Co-founders, Nick Freund and Eric Andrus, have a combined 35 years of construction experience and have collaborated on projects for over 10 years. In 2013, FreundAndrus Construction was formed out of a business partnership based on shared ideals and drive. Nick and Eric develop projects with the intention of exceeding clients' expectations for safety, functionality and aesthetics. Throughout the years, FreundAndrus has constantly evolved in ever-changing economic conditions, establishing itself as a full service carpentry and commercial contracting business. These values are maintained to this day to ensure founding principles are adhered to for all projects of varying complexity and status.
