Florida Rural Legal Services
Florida Rural Legal Services (FRLS) is a nonprofit that empowers low-income individuals, groups, and communities by providing them with access to justice through legal advice, representation, and advocacy. Founded in 1966, the organization has 70 staff members and seven offices in 13 counties to help clients with legal problems involving civil rights, consumer, employment, public benefits, economic stability, housing, elder, farm worker and other areas of the law. Each year, FRLS handles thousands of cases and continues to evolve in the quality and scope of services provided.
