FSI Worldwide was founded to bring international best practice to the recruitment and management of migrant workers from the developing world. FSI's ethos is centered on the principle that investing in people enhances productivity and as such FSI deliver value to clients by providing ethical recruitment, excellent training and management to jobseekers who would otherwise vulnerable to the widespread practice of bonded labour. FSI is addressing this societal and business need at a time when globalization is having the effect of shining a light on the moral and productivity ramifications of bonded labour and as such is demanding another way.
