FUJI P.S. CORPORATION is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the construction business. The Company operates through two business divisions. The Construction division is involved in the civil engineering works, as well as the manufacture and sale of related products. It uses prestressed concrete (PC) in most of its construction works. The Others division is engaged in the leasing of real estate properties. The Company has two subsidiaries, one associated company and one affiliated company. The Company merged with one of its subsidiary on October 1, 2008.
