Funari Parent Coaching offers guidance and support for parents struggling with academic, social, behavioral or developmental challenges in their children. As your coach, my goal is to empower you to create the relationships and home environment you truly desire for your family. I am a passionate advocate for parents and believe they have the most challenging job in the world. Being a parent means your heart is forever connected to your child's heart. When your child is struggling, you experience fear and constant worry. When your relationship with your child is strained, you feel a profound loss. No matter what obstacles stand in your way currently, I strongly believe there is always hope for a better future. There is tremendous power in the parent-child bond of love. Parents often tell me they have read books about raising children and received plenty of advice from well-meaning friends and relatives, yet they question the right direction to take with their family. I offer parents a personalized, positive approach based on their core values and their child's age and stage of development. When we are closely connected with our children, we can have the greatest impact as parents. The positive changes we make around our attitude, values and priorities serve as powerful models for them to emulate. As we grow, they grow.
