FUTURE COLLARS is an innovative Programming School for those wishing to enter the IT world, as well as a Digital Competences School for those working in other fields or positions, where technology is becoming an everyday tool (sales, marketing, client services, operations, admin…). We prepare employees for the future of work with intensive upskilling and reskilling bootcamp. We believe that anyone is capable of gaining future competences and being ready for the digital revolution. Our model is an effective way of teaching technology: A ONLINE PLATFORME with 24/7 access – allowing study anywhere and at any time, adjusting the schedule to work routine, lifestyle and preferences. LIVE LESSONS, which take place twice per week and look like normal lessons, where Mentor explains new material, checks exercises, monitors progress and mobilises the group to study – the only difference is that everything takes place online owing to the use of modern remote working tools, thanks to which it is more effective than several hour long lessons in a classroom. INDIVIDUAL CONSULTATIONS with a Mentor enable to deal with problems come across during study or when doing exercises. Everyone has their own time slots for work with the Mentor. THE MENTORS are practitioners with several years of experience in their filed and with passion to share their knowledge.
