Futuro Forestal provides an array of forestry, property and asset management services for family offices, institutional investors and industrial clients. We conceptualize, ensure feasibility, structure (legally and fiscally), establish, maintain and if required exit projects for our clients. As a quality-control measure we have developed a body of procedures, policies and protocols that have been carefully implemented over the course of 18 years. Adhering to FSC certification standards is a minimum requirement for us. Certification is a well-regarded recognition of responsible practices and creates premium access to environmentally sensitive markets and provides investors with additional transparency. Futuro Forestal has chosen the Swiss SGS to conduct this stringent certification process. To measure, monitor and communicate our social and environmental impact we use the Kharmax monitoring system. Kharmax enables the investor to calculate the real value of each element by working with a pre-defined list of universally accepted tangible indicators.
