We helped a digital agency turnaround a challenged project and keep a customer happy. We assisted a large Midwest bank to expand their commercial lending system to support 2000+ lenders and tens of thousands of customers. We helped a major national bank migrate commercial lending systems post acquisition. We helped a national life insurance company to extend their brokerage new business and customer service systems to support new companies, new products and changes in government regulations. We worked with an Internet startup to define their product, a customizable portal for doctors and dentists. We assisted with the product, marketing direction, budget, requirements, database, information architecture and issue resolution.
