Gallatin Association of REALTORS

The Gallatin Association of REALTORS® is based in Bozeman, Montana. It began its life as the Bozeman Board of REALTORS® in 1970 and changed to its present name in 1996. GAR boasts over 1000 members who offer service in Gallatin County and in many surrounding areas in southwest Montana. Our members have a variety of real estate specialties, including appraisal, commercial development, farm and ranch, residential, recreational land, resort properties, and more. GAR also offers membership to over 500 affiliate members from a variety of industries like banking institutions, title and escrow, home inspection, photography, construction, restoration, insurance, and communications. GAR members join more than 4,000 other REALTORS® in Montana, along with over one million members from across the country. REALTORS® represent the best of the real estate industry and abide by a Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice enforced by the National Association of REALTORS®.
