GAP Communications is a multi-service consultancy that offering a very down to earth, cost effective and sensible business support service. Originally based around marketing, we've grown to encompass market research, social research and training. The GAP Communications team is led by Jo Lloyd who, although she hates to admit it, has over 25 years marketing, research and business experience. The core team is supported by experts in fields such as IT, non-marketing training, maths & stats, web design, graphic design and media. Our newest trading division is Questant. The Questant Process is an analysis tool for organisations which receive public or grant funding. Developed by our team, The Questant Process allows organisations to demonstrate the return on every £1.00 of public or grant money invested in them. We've been around since 1992 so we must be doing something right for our clients. Our oldest client has been with us for over thirteen years and our newest came on board just a few days ago. Our clients are as varied as the services we offer - we've done work for major law firms, renewable energy developers, software companies, dog groomers, cafes and business consultancies. We've also worked for councils, social enterprises, regeneration agencies, housing associations, community groups and other similar bodies.
