We have the capability to plan the project, design it, obtain the necessary governmental approvals, aid the client in the advertising for bids, administer the contract, and inspect the construction. Viable coordination ensures the smooth flow and good relationships necessary for our projects to be completed in a timely manner. This involves coordination between the designer, governmental agencies, support professions, client and contractor.
