Garvagh Community Building

Garvagh and District Development Association was formed in 1995 after a public meeting was called to obtain local views concerning the formation of a community group. It was agreed at the conclusion of the meeting that a group be formed and a committee was elected. The committee established a registered charity, Garvagh Development Trust, to develop the community project. The objectives of the Trust are: A COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROJECT WHAT WE AIM TO DO A survey of the views of local individuals and groups clearly established a desire to establish: A neutral venue A focus of economic regeneration Adequate facilities for groups in the area A venue for educational activities
