GBS is a community minded TELUS dealer that was founded in 2001 and headquartered in Halifax, NS. Since then GBS has grown into the 3rd largest TELUS dealer in Canada. In 2013, GBS acquired PC Medic in order to add IT, computer repair and printer solutions to its suite of solutions to better service clients. Today GBS has 25 locations: 21 throughout all four Atlantic Provinces and 4 in the Greater Toronto Area with over 60,000 customers. Recognizing its business success and commitment to customer satisfaction, GBS has earned the elite Platinum dealer status, the highest dealer distinction awarded within the TELUS dealer body. Our strategically located Centers of Excellence provide local Business Customer Service support for day to day client needs and are accessible via email, local or toll free phone numbers. GBS also offers free hands-on customer training and has dedicated training and implementation specialists for that role. In addition, GBS also has its own proprietary web portal with two main tools, designed just for business customers and only available at GBS: Ordering Order mobile phones and accessories through a secure web portal that can be individualized to the look and feel of each customer; including customer branding, limitations on what devices/accessories can be ordered, who can order them, who can print the reports and a customized approval process for each customer.
