What does energy have to do with it? The most precious thing you have within you is your energyyour life force. How you manage it, protect it, give it away, put it into someone or somethingis everything. How you choose to use it to make an impact and contribute to your relationships, to your family, to your work, to your teams, to the sport you play, brings meaning to your life. If you recall from science class, everyone and everything is energy. Everything is vibrating at different rateswe can see one another because our molecules are vibrating slower than the radio waves that we can hear but cant see. It stands to reason that energy can get stuck in people, places, or things. So, lets bring this back to people. Energy can get trapped within a persons mental body, emotional body, or physical body. Lets start with the mental body. According to neuroscientists, 95% of brain activity is beyond conscious awareness. That means only 5% of our cognitive activities (decisions, emotions, actions, behavior) is conscious. The human mind has 12,000 60,000 thoughts in a day and of those thousands of thoughts95% of those are the same one repeating over and over, and 85% were negative, critical, harsh, self-defeating, and self-limiting. Can you imagine how damaging that is to keep those unhealthy thoughts, beliefs, and falsehoods stuck in your mental body day after day? One of the most intensely felt energies is emotion (e-motion, energy in motion). Emotions can be felt physicallyanger through tension, sadness through tears, depression through withdrawal from life. If emotions get suppressed enough, they can cause disease (dis-ease) in the physical body and cause serious illness over time.
