G Companies

Founded by principals of three Southern California real estate developers, G Companies has over 70 years of development and property management expertise in the residential and commercial real estate markets. We have collectively built over 60,000 homes and 7,000 apartments in California and the Southwestern United States. G Companies, a California corporation owned by the Gianulias' began developing properties in California nearly five decades ago. Despite four major recessions that forced many builders to close their doors, the Company has continued to build and expand without interruption since 1968. Today G Companies is comprised of Cameo Homes, Mesa Management, Three G Development, and Levendi Winery. From the seeds of Hester Development in 1949 through G Companies for several decades there after the family tradition of real estate development and construction has grown and most recently distinguishes itself through its branded development projects, Silver Oaks Communities. G Companies has earned a reputation for quality, integrity, embracing new ideas and delivering traditional craftsmanship of our developments, from affordable starter homes and condominiums to luxury homes and estates. Today, their distinctive mark can be seen throughout the United States. G Companies and Three G Development's diverse building accomplishments include the development of approximately 60,000 single-family homes, condominiums, and townhomes, as well as over 7,000 market-rate multi-family and senior units. They have also developed several commercial/retail/office buildings, various ranch properties, golf courses and wineries through Northern, Central and Southern California, Arizona, Nevada, Texas and New York. To keep up with the growing demand of the housing industry, G Companies formed a construction division -Three G Development. The construction division allows the company to control the quality of each project from beginning to finished project. Mesa Management is the property management division of the company. Mesa manages the many market-rate multi-family and senior complexes as well as the commercial/industrial developments currently in operation in Southern California. The Gianulias family has branched out to the wine producing industry and also own Chardonnay Golf Club where Levendi grapes are grown and harvested, as guests golf the 18 holes that overlook the vineyards. Levendi is served exclusively in several upscale establishments throughout the United States.
