Main tasks: Providing event organisers with relevant support and assistance, preparing and publishing information resources, providing information about the potential of the city and the region, providing tourist information points and helpdesks, organising "site inspections" and providing the GCBeVENT app. What we can do for you: We will help you to get in touch with the right hotels We will provide information about professional congress organizers (PCOs) and local service providers from our region. We will arrange site inspections at the most interesting conference venues in Gdansk and in the region We will provide the GCBeVENT app We will offer attractive prices for the Tourist Card We will put you in touch with transport companies, interpreters, guides and restaurants We will suggest original activities after the conference We will help you to get in touch directly with the local tourism industry, and municipal and regional authorities We will provide a Tourist Information Point and a Helpdesk for your conference for 300 people or more (if possible) We will provide promotional materials about Gdansk and the region, including maps, folders, guides, etc. We will share our expertise and experience Note that more than 4,000 business meetings are held in the region annually (including 3,200 in Gdansk alone) with 430,000 attendees, and the numbers grow year by year!
