Genie Solutions

Genie is a fully integrated Appointments, Billing and Clinical Management software program. Genie Solutions was established in 1995 and is now used by over 3000 practices, including around 40% of Australian specialists. Our customer base continues to grow rapidly and the software is fully-featured and competitively priced. We have our own offices in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and Adelaide. Genie is available as either a standalone or networked application on both Mac OS X and Windows operating systems. You can even run a mixture of Macs and PCs on the same network. Genie was originally written by a doctor, and is now backed by over 70 staff with many years of experience in medical practice, practice management and IT. Genie Solutions is at the forefront of eHealth, being one of the six desktop vendors selected by NeHTA to lead the implementation of eHealth in Australia.
