Genomictree is an epigenomics-based molecular diagnostic company focusing on the development and commercialization of diagnostic products for the screening and diagnosis of cancer. We have developed novel epigenetic (DNA methylation) biomarkers for non-invasive accurate detection of cancer using our own biomarker discovery and detection technologies, names as Methylated DNA Isolation Assay (MeDIA). Our diagnostic products, OncoFinderTM for early detection and prognosis for cancer had a high clinical performance on utilizing specific methylation biomarkers. We can provide patient-friendly service to help and increase test participation of patients. Thus, successful management of cancer is important as it can contribute to increase survival rate and the quality of life as well as decrease treatment cost of cancer patient. We also established an open platform technology GTPlex™ for multiplex assay of various infectious diseases, mutation and genotyping. GTPlex¢â is a simultaneous multiplex detection technology capable of detecting over 30 different targets in a single reaction. Currently we are focusing on development and commercialization of various diagnostic products using GTPlex™. Genomictree is going to launching of diagnostic products from second half of 2014 after approval and has goal for international marketing in worldwide through collaboration with global companies, thus the company will lead global molecular diagnostic markets.
