The organization is headed by an experienced team of professionals from companies such as Glencore/Xstrata, Rio Tinto and Newmont. The company's investment strategy is flexible and is not restricted to a particular institutional mandate, thereby enabling it to provide creative solutions for its partners. GF Capital takes a long-term view and seeks to build constructive relationships with management teams. As such, the goal is to be value enhancing often acting as more than just a capital provider.
