Gill Instruments is part of the Gill group of companies, which also encompasses Gill Technology and Gill Sensors. Since our formation in 1986 Gill have been at the leading edge of problem-solving electronics technology. By putting our customers first we continue to set the pace for others to follow - creating effective solutions to exacting customer requirements. We employ approximately 90 people across the three businesses and operate across two sites in Lymington, Hampshire, in the south of England. As the undisputed world leader in the field of ultrasonics for wind measurement we have a proven track record of employing our wealth of expertise in research and manufacturing to a wide range of technologies. This has enabled us to create revolutionary high quality products for the automotive, agricultural, marine, safety critical systems, industrial, meteorological and medical markets for our many blue chip customers. With our background in designing cost effective, volume motorcycle ignition systems, Gill Instruments has easily transferred that knowledge into the rapidly expanding gas engines business, where it has become a major supplier to a number of OEM's worldwide.
