GKR Maintenance & Building Co Ltd was established in 1998 by Managing Director Graham Rowlands, with Christopher Dennis, Jayne Rowland-Evans and Richard Attwell being appointed as Directors in 2004. From early on our ethos has been to provide a service with directly employed labour wherever possible. With a continuous programme of training and development a diverse range of tradesmen and women has been fostered, all of whom we are extremely proud. This workforce combined with a loyal and long serving senior management team has helped us build strong links with Clients and is testament to our continued growth and prosperity, even during difficult economic times. Growth has been strongly founded on providing customer focused value for money.
