Great Lakes Forest Products

In 1989 Mark and Jennifer Smith established Great Lakes Forest Products, Inc., in Granger, Indiana as an office wholesale lumber company that sold to the manufactured housing and industrial lumber markets. Throughout the 90's, we grew in sales and customers alike. As the year 2000 approached, we saw the opportunity to start a lumber remanufacturing plant in Elkhart, Indiana to service the manufactured housing, recreational vehicle, industrial, and retail lumber industries. From that point forward, we have added both employees and equipment at our Elkhart facility to keep up with the demand. Today, our business is driven by a long list of satisfied customers who have come to appreciate good service and quality products, as well as, persistence, hard work, and the desire to be perfect every day.
