Global Home Warranties was established in the UK in 2011 as an alternative to the other structural warranty providers and we have seen our market share increase in the provision of structural defect insurance throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland. Each client member has a dedicated Account Manager who acts as the single point of contact for all transactions and correspondence. We find working like this, rather than having a faceless call centre, creates a better relationship and in turn more accurately reflects the client's needs. We also have an experienced and rigorous Surveying Team who are RICS and CIOB qualified to provide on-site technical assessments and to minimise the risk of defects going undetected. Their surveying schedule is created specifically for each development to minimise disruption and they liaise closely with site managers throughout the build, compiling a detailed history of every project.
