Glow New Media is an award-winning web design and digital marketing agency. Founded Phil Blything and Thom Shannon in 2007, it has a portfolio of clients that stretches from Norway to Australia. Glow specialises in innovative transport systems and custom-designed apps which can bring together passenger apps, staff apps, middleware, web systems, CIS screens, IoT sensors, data integrations, social media dashboards and more. Glow won Best Application of Mobile category at the Big Chip Awards 2015 for the Merseyrail app which they designed and developed. It was the first time that Merseyrail had been associated with a digital award. The app was also shortlisted for the Best User Experience award.
