GNSA's SES contracts with small to medium sized employers to reduce their administrative requirements and reduce, or eliminate, fundamental employer liabilities. SES can allow a client totransfer risk from the "client employer" to the GNSA through a co-employer relationship (i.e. a contract). In this contract, GNSA becomes responsible for processing payroll, reporting payroll taxes to all taxing jurisdictions, and ensuring employee records and communications are professional enough so employees feel taken care of and government regulators are satisfied.
