Go Get FRED was founded in 2008 to provide pool services to Home Owner Associations. FRED stands for Fast, Reliable, Efficient and Direct, and its mission is to deliver superior products and services coupled with the highest level of customer service. FRED's goal is to provide a clean and safe swimming environment at our client's properties and provide building repairs with the utmost perfection. Shane Lange, FRED's owner, has been in the service industry since 1999 and has built a solid reputation servicing his clients. He listens to his client's needs and is focused on exceeding expectations. FRED outfits each technician with a smart phone which allows for effective communication and a quick response. Lange is always accessible via cell phone, email, or office phone. Lange understands that communication and execution are pivotal in building positive relationships with clients, and a successful company. FRED has built a solid reputation, expanded its clientele and has continued to add services each year. In 2009 we added handyman services, in 2010 we started to offer Tropitone Patio Furniture and in 2011 we expanded our services into the residential market. FRED is a supporting member of the BBB, Community Association Institute and the Association of Pool and Spa Professionals.
